  I am very dissatisfied with your service. The delivery person called in the morning, but I missed the call. I called back 15 minutes later, but the delivery person said that my address had already been reached, and the package would be returned to the warehouse. I called the administrator, but instead of solving the problem, he made the situation worse by saying that I had missed the call, and the package would only be delivered on Monday. I offered to go to the warehouse myself and pick up the package, but he, without talking to the driver or offering me an option to contact the delivery person and pick up the package from a convenient address, insisted that the delivery would only be on Monday. My husband called the driver and found out that he was still in our neighborhood and would soon be passing through our street. I thank the driver for being accommodating, but I am very dissatisfied with the administrator, because he did not even try to offer a solution

  As initially I wrote the review from my work account and ive promised to not delete it anymore I will just write one more, as my work account isn't permanent and might cease to exist, but the review won't. First: they are direct straight liars. Ive been lied to directly twice via phone call today speaking with their employee who initially called to ask me to remove review here, which I did. Second: they failed to delivery package in a timely manner and after they've understood that they requested non-express clearance UNDER MY BEHALF WITHOUT EVEN ASKING OR NOTIFIYNG me to seem legit from outside. Long story short: Fedex'es International Priority 3 days delivery commit breached, guys are trying to pretend everything is fine when its not. Do not recommend any collaboration unless totally necessary.

  I do not recommend anyone to work with this company! The courier, for some reason, decided to take money for an item that I didn’t like and I returned it back, he looked like a bandit all black and there were more shades of gold on him than shades of black. For some reason he wanted to enter my house even though I didn’t invite him to coffee. When asked why I should pay the courier 600 drams for a trimmer that I don’t want, the company with which Arm Chicken works. She replied that he was wasting time, gasoline (or methane), etc., etc. Courier company question: - Why don’t you provide your employees with enough wages so that the client does not pay for their time, gasoline, etc. And so that no questions would arise, I gave him a tip from above.
