::I chose Tezh Ler Resort for a peaceful and enjoyable birthday getaway with my dog, based on their advertised pet-friendly policy. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to poor communication and unprofessional service. Before confirming my stay, I called three times to ensure that bringing my dog was acceptable. I was only informed that she would be "my responsibility," which I fully agreed to. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to learn that the place is not actually pet-friendly and that my dog was only accepted as an exception. This critical detail was never mentioned during our calls, despite my specific inquiries. Had I known this, I would have chosen another place. The hotel’s solution was to have my meals in my room. However, my room lacked a table, leaving me to eat uncomfortably on the bed, which is unacceptable given that I paid for comfort. Alternatively, they suggested I eat at the bar, isolated from other guests. While I initially accepted this, the lack of consistency in service was frustrating. On my birthday, I faced even more challenges: The bar was closed for breakfast, and I had to explain my situation to the staff myself since no one seemed aware or concerned. For dinner, I was told I would need to leave my dog alone in my room, go to the restaurant to fetch my food, and eat at the bar. This lack of consideration and refusal to accommodate me on such a special day was incredibly disappointing. When I voiced my concerns to the manager, their sarcastic comment—"This is not your baby; it’s just a dog"—was disrespectful and uncalled for. To make matters worse, when I decided to leave early due to the poor treatment, it took numerous messages to secure a refund for the unused night, and I’m still unsure if the amount was accurate. While the room was clean and comfortable, the service was far from professional. If you advertise as a pet-friendly hotel, proper communication and respectful treatment of guests traveling with pets should be a priority. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their transparency and service quality.

::Very satisfied with service and rooms, cottages are great, very cozy and local Ted in the nature, surrounded by mountains and with domestic animals. Like a lot the place and fascinated by nature. Totally recommend and would like to be back again for sure.

::Here we found a place between mountains inside the forest to enjoy incredible nature. Service is top quality 💪. It is a Kid-friendly place. We arrived in resort in the end of March, but it was like deep winter with a lot of snow!))) The rooms were very warm and clean. We've enjoyed here our vacation❤️

::modest and responsive staff. very nice nature, environment, pine trees. the cottages are super modern. food is so so, swedish treatment, you take what you want, breakfast and supper. not so much entertainment but you go there for nature. sometimes they bring music in the evening, and drinks, but moderate, no drunk fightings.
