::It's a large hotel with an indoor pool,spa and other facilities. Breakfast was too good with so many options and the location is in a quiet place and the view is beautiful. It's near to a cable car ride .

::We felt the receptionist cheated us. We arrived around our check in time but since the rooms were not ready the receptionist told us that we have upgraded you to better rooms but will take few hours for the rooms to be ready. We sort of agreed, but after checking in we felt the rooms were what we booked for. Be honest guys you are a reputed brand!!

::Too overrated, overpriced. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the room services are horrible. We had to call and request every single time to provide hygiene items; the serving staff was very unprofessional and rude. The bed they added was broken and the third guest had to sleep on the floor( The TV is not working at all, no places for entertainment. The breakfast was mediocre, no variety to choose from. Definitely would not recommend, it’s a pity this hotel has been rated a 5-star.
