::One of the worst places we stayed in Armenia! Room: Bare, dark, and covered with spider webs and some spiders. There is a terrible smell coming from the bathrooms. The bed, oh god the bed, was so uncomfortable and noisy. The view was beautiful and the night breeze felt amazing. Service: So cold and unwelcoming. The receptionist seems like she hates that you’re there and offered no information about facilities without much prompting. At times she was actually rude. The bartender tender was nowhere to be found. Restaurant: As others have mentioned, it’s a short walk to the restaurant. It is ridiculous. The road is full of cow dung and it is extremely dark. The food was pretty good. The monti and whitefish were excellent. The chicken was inedible. 1 star for restaurant, 1 star for the view

::We've spent either winter time, or summer time in this hotel. It is one of the best places in Armenia to have a nice rest, feel cozy and enjoy Sevan's perfect sunsets

::Stay Date: July 2025 This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel stays I have had in the past five years. 1. Loud Music at Night: There was extremely loud music playing near our room until 4:00 AM. I went to the reception to complain, but they already knew about it. They said they would ask them to lower the volume, but nothing changed. 2. Noisy Refrigerator: The refrigerator in the room was very loud and made it hard to sleep. 3. Room Cleanliness: The room was not very clean. It did not feel fresh or properly maintained. 4. Old and Uncomfortable Bed: The bed creaked with every movement, and the mattress was very old and uncomfortable. Positive points: 1. There were basketball, tennis, and football areas available for playing. 2. The swimming pool was of a decent size and condition. Overall, this hotel did not provide a relaxing or enjoyable experience. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful rest.

::Entire Hotel is unique. It is on the bank of Lake Seven, Armenia. Location is excellent. Hotel building itself is very impressive. It is built of stones, and interior was totally wooden.

::This used to be a good hotel for Armenia, I’ve been here several times before. Now its standards are as low as ever. Service is very bad with unprofessional people. In the hotel you can see people from village hanging out with serious faces and dirty clothes (i’m myself from village, but thats not what you want to see when resting). They will stare at you with angry faces from first minute. Noone is smiling to you, security looks like a gangster from bad tv series. All activities (beside sauna) is for extra pay. If you want to play tennis they will offer you rackets for free(all broke and without strings, not safe!!) or 10k amd per hour for normal ones. This is crazy. Food is the worst food i had in Armenia lately, even foodcourts offer you much tastier food. Breakfast was a joke. Jacuzzi was with dirty water, i asked them start filtering option, was denied. It should have been 2 times cheaper to at least be bearable. I’m never going there again, never recommending it to anyone. Our weekend was ruined.
