In general ok, the biggest issue is the cumbersome approval coordination process with the insurance company (Nairi in my case). And people that do not stick to the cue.

Be aware! Their website is filled with misinformation and lies. The price list is bogus. They claim that a specials will be performing your ultrasounds but in reality theres a single person who performs ultrasound for every possible medical case out there. And the aforementioned specialist is not thorough. She is going through the motions and rushing you out of their office. To this hospital you are just a number and a checkbook. I asked for a refund to which they told me that they have to discuss with the management first. Like I an ever getting a refund from this place… Also be aware when paying, for they, more often than not charge you twice for the same services. That happened to me twice in this clinic. They told me that they would refund the money, but they never did! Overall trust me and pick a different place! You will save a lot of money and headache as well as stay away from their shitty attitude!

Very poor customer service ,ive called 5x for my medical certificate appointment for forei gners they keep on telling me to wait for 2 days and no call. Then if you follow it up or call they will tell you to wait for 10 min and they will say to call you back, but they will never call, they will not schedule you for appointment, worse clinic do not come here for your certificate for foreigners or you will miss it and pay for overstaying

Very disappointed. I applied to the center to obtain a Fit to Work medical clearance required for acceptance into an international organization. I had to visit the center 5 separate times just to receive the necessary form, which was ultimately given to me INCOMPLETE. I had to exert pressure on the attending physician to have it properly filled out. When it came to recording my weight, the physician did not use a scale but instead estimated it by sight. She incorrectly added 15 kilograms to my actual weight, which led my organization to classify me as severely obese and placed me at risk of losing my contract. This level of negligence is deeply irresponsible, especially considering the potential professional and personal consequences involved. In many Western countries, such actions would be treated as a serious matter and could even be subject to legal action.

The medical staff seemed dismissive and rushed through the consultation without properly listening to my concerns. It felt like they assumed I knew nothing and didn’t take the time to explain things clearly or answer my questions. Patients deserve to be heard and respected, especially when it comes to their health.
