  The bank is disgusting. I closed the loan early. A month later, I received an SMS from the bank. I went, and they told me: - pay 50 or 100 drams and that's it. I paid. The next day, I received another SMS. I go to the bank, and they say they didn't close everything. They ripped off another 240 drams.

  I can't hang around the central bank all day. What kind of bank is it if it's a joke? It's impossible to call the central bank. It seems to me that if a bank can't provide a normal number to its clients, then this bank is simply equal to 0.
