  This is one of the recent Yerevan City supermarket that october 2019 was launched. Today for the first time I went there. The supermarket's physical situation and decorations of the shelves are more user friendly in compare to the others. I liked that , it was easy to looking for a goods and the rows of goods are located in reasonable distance from eachother. Despite of above positive point that caught my eyes , i was waiting in a queue in cash for a 20 minitues ( i should add only 2 persons were before me) . when was my turn, an Armenian impolite lady ignored me and asked the cashier to do her bill. I caimed that for this bad behaviour but she was really really impolite , then i said to the cashier to obey the rules and do her job based on every person's turn . she didn't care and didn't apologize . i was really shocked with this unprofessional behavior . it was not the first time that i faced to an Armenian who asked for something which is not hers/his right and this behaviour from a cashier that makes a foreigner unsatisfied. I had a bad experience with #yerevancitysupermarket in #megamall Masiv.

  asked to be a member of a loyalty program and get a card. was given without explanation of the benefits and how to use it. had to go to another cashier for a brief introduction.
