::I will take my time to write this review in as many languages as I can,so more people would have a chance to understand what happened with me at this place and how horrible my experience was. Me and my fiancé were having the day of our life in Armenia on June 9,2018. I took quite a lot of time to find a place that would make my flowers. And stopped with this “avenue de fleur”. All organization was happening from Canada. The person who I was texting with back and force was named Covinar. She seemed professional to me. We agreed I would pay them $1500 US dollars for mix of real and fake flowers 50/50. I came to Armenia 10 days prior my wedding to check if everything was ready. And I met up with Covinar the next day I came at the venue. She seemed such a nice and warm person. The next day me and my fience went to their shop. Florists there looked so professional,everything looked just perfect at the store. I was soooo happy I found place that I wanted. When we were at the store the price from $1500 went to $1700...even though we had a budget,we didn’t make it a big deal and agreed to $1700. So the deal was all centrepieces 50/50 real and fake flowers,but flowers covering the metal stick of the centrepiece holder would be covered with real flowers because they are actually on the table and people can easily touch them. On the day “X” my fiancée came with the bridal bouquet at 12pm and I noticed that Piones were already dying by that time (disregard that bouquet itself was ugly). We left to church and by 3pm the bouquet was completely dead. I was almost crying,called the store and tried to explain what happened,and this is the answer I got “this is your problem,probably your fience didn’t put them in water”...we were on our way to the venue,when we came there and I saw what was going on,I started crying on the most important day of my life. 100% of flowers were fake. 100% of them...everything...I couldn’t stop crying...how can people be like that??? How can they do things like this to you just because you don’t live in that country,and they think they can take your money in advance and don’t care. My fience used to live in Yerevan,and he spoke Armenian with them,and it didn’t stop them either. He called them the next trying to say that they lied to us,they took $1700 to bring fake flowers and put them on the tables and that they have to return at least a portion of those money. They started laughing. PLEASE PLEASE AND PLEASE. Stay away from this place. They look so nice and professional,but in fact they are just piece of garbage.
