  Endless waiting, few employees (or are they all at lunch at the same time?) Even if you register in advance, you have to wait a long time. Plus it is unbearably hot and stuffy. Horrible. Even with an empty department, you have to wait an hour P.S. the employees are good, but they will not answer any questions about the examination that you really want to know
