::Horrid knowledge of banking. Staff are not trained well. Management should be all changed and trained for all new banking procedures. Highly recommended not to bank or do any transactions from them. Specially moneygram. Make sure if someone sends you money from abroad they need to post the physical receipt to you so you can present it on the counter to receive your cash.
