  I don't understand at all why everyone complains so much. A huge flow of clients, everyone is slow, they don't bring documents. At the same time, the girls who sit there all speak clearly, explain questions, help as much as they can. Yes, the lines are long, but after you wait - everything is great, very professional and understandable.

  With such an influx of people, the service is more than good. I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews about the bank. I ordered a visa classic (not fast, but for 100 thousand drams) on Tuesday, September 27, around 11 am. After receiving the ticket, we stood in line for about 50 minutes, there were 8 people in front of us for the card transaction. Many took the finished ones, and everyone had to sign documents, etc. On Wednesday evening, the bank called and notified that the card was ready! The very next day! 👍 On Thursday afternoon, I picked up the card, there was no real queue, I waited in line for about 20 minutes and filled out the documents for receiving the card for about 15 minutes. Additionally, they gave me a memo with answers to popular questions, about data for swift transfers, about displaying the balance on the card in drams, etc. Thank you very much, Unibank! P.s. Many of the clients' questions are also answered very well in the bank's telegram chat. And the clients themselves give each other advice.

  For about 20 minutes now, the display has shown window 4, ticket C2, no one comes up, but the teller does not cancel this receipt to call another client, that is, the teller is resting, and the clients are waiting in line. Terrible service.

  Terrible bank, eternal queues and bad attitude towards clients. Every time you go to them you are disappointed. I will never go there again even if there are no other options.
