::Unfortunately, my experience with the ACBA Bank branch on Aram Street was very disappointing. The staff acted unprofessionally and were unable to handle even basic inquiries or provide solutions to straightforward issues. What’s more frustrating is that the problem I came in with was caused by the mistakes of their own colleagues, yet they showed no initiative to take responsibility or resolve it effectively. I expected much better service from a major bank.

::One of the worst online banking I’ve seen so far. A few possible mistakes you can meet: 1. Random crash of the app when you type a password to login. 2. Cards are just not loaded (eternal loading) sometimes later saying “something went wrong” - oh really? And it might last like that for 12 hours, so you can’t use your own money, cool. 3. Sometimes you see your card balance as “unavailable”, that’s even cooler. I’m not even talking about other issues we faced, these mentioned above takes extra 2-3 hours a month just to sort it out and USE YOUR OWN MONEY. I’m so tired of this and will leave this bank as soon as possible, unless someone fix these problems. Strong recommendation to avoid this bank until then.

::Have been their client for last 15 years, which has advantages and disadvantages. Advantage is that I am happy with the quality of service and overall experience is nice, but disadvantage is they don't have any loyalty benefits. Just simply all clients are on the same level despite how long or how much money you have with the bank, which is not a big deal, but something they should consider.

::One of the worst banks in Armenia. The internal communication between head office and branches is not working efficiently. Service is slow and not customer friendly. In head office I was told on friday morning that transaction is done while on monday lunchtime there was a problem in two branches. After I asked to check with head office in one of the branches, they told me to go myself to head office as they dont have time Be aware of their working style before going there. !!!
