::Even 1 start is too much for the service this bank offers! Customers are waiting long, in big queues. Out of 10 desks, 2 are working, and the rest are behind their screens, doing nothing. Customer care is still a big issue in Armenia, specially at this bank

::The service quality was somewhat acceptable before the rebranding, but now, the services themselves are quite frankly absent. The queues are endless and most of the time juridical persons are left out of the queue and have to wait for hours. Terrible bank, avoid at all costs.

::Not enough employees. The ones that are there are really rude, careless and slow. Manager doesn’t care that their bank is not efficient. Waited for more than an hour to get my money.
