  Simple accommodations close to Monastery. Don't expect luxury. Can be pleasant in the good weather. Host is very nice and friendly. I recommend staying there if you want to experience local life.

  – A very kind Family. So nice people, I feel like a family member. Best Holiday Home I had in Armenia. Anoush was a so lovely person. Her homemade Dinner and Breakfast was excelent. All Original from her Garden. Very clean and beautyfull look to the mountains.

  We stayed at Anush`s B&B for 2 nights in early September 2018. The place was a bit hard to find since there are no signs outside of the property, but just ask anybody and they know where it is located. Anush`s B&B offers simple, but clean and comfortable rooms. The property is enclosed and is in fact a small farm with animals, a huge garden, fruit trees, and vineyards. It conveniently located on one of the main hiking trail and only a 10 minutes walk from the Tatev monastery. The hosts and owners, Anush and Serob, are welcoming, warm, and helpful. After one day, we practically felt like family and were almost treated as such. We felt like it was Armenian hospitality at its best. Anush also serves excellent breakfasts and dinners. All the food comes from the farm and everything is homemade. It is worth mentioning that the dinners are usually accompanied with homemade wine, mead, and grape vodka. Highly recommend guesthouse!   Basic but comfortable, the host is very helpful and kind. I would stay again with them if I re visit the place.
