::I'm surprised at all the bad reviews. I've been using this bank for over two years and it's the best bank by far that I have used in Yerevan. Always polite and always quick compared to the many other banks I've used here. This is my favorite bank in Yerevan!

::I’ve had a really disappointing experience with this bank on multiple occasions. First, a few years ago, after my graduation, I found out I had debts on my student card — a card I explicitly asked to close at the bank in person. Somehow, the card remained active, leading to unnecessary issues that could have been easily avoided. But the most frustrating part is happening now. As a recent apartment buyer, I was supposed to get my tax refund, but due to the bank's incorrect or incomplete submission of my tax information to the financial organizations, I still haven't received my money. I reported this issue over a month ago, and every time I call, I get the same response — "We're working on it." Unfortunately, nothing has changed since then. It’s unacceptable that such an important process is being delayed because of the bank’s negligence. For now, I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone who expects reliability and attention to detail.

::Amazing bank. Most cordial, thoughtful and warmest reception out of all the banks I went to in Yerevan. Soosik is the friendliest most caring bank manager I've ever met. Made me feel right at home.
