  Really bad. I stay on lot of hotels, but this one was very bad. on room you hear everything. every talk and steps. nobody knows English. and restaurant? horrible. lot of dishes from menu aren't. and when something you will is problem to order. because nobody understand. and servicing? see pic. fork and knife - that brings and put on plate a staff! no tissue, only with hand bring to you. no more this hotel. (check that burger) btw: was from freezed meat. - inside cold

  Nice hotel. Had a great stay. Their room arrangement and construction is very different and nice. More like a duplex villa. However, Breakfast is below average. Location is also away from the city centre.

  We went here with a large group of 18 people and we enjoyed the stay. The rooms we booked was family suite and it was a duplex suite with beds on the upper floor. The facility is amazing and the staff were very friendly. The downside was very few of the staff speaks English. So communication was an issue. They have onsite pools, sauna, steam and restaurant. It is a bit far from city but a perfect place for a calm and relaxing getaway.

  Great hotel, friendly staff ,spacious room with comfortable bed.delicious and varied breakfast. The swimming pool, gym can be used free of charge, and there is SPA and massage . and also i wanna thanks to manager of the hotel madame ANAHITA, she was very kind, responsible and hospitable.

  The room was neat and tidy. However, we faced an issue during check-in. While booking the room back in February 2022, we had booked for an additional bed for our child (the age was mentioned at the time of booking). At the time of check-in, the receptionist mentioned that even though the bed was booked, they meant it was a baby cot and we have to pay for an additional bed. We rechecked our booking and next day before checking out we mentioned to him that the amount was already considered and paid for an additional bed, however we are not making an issue out of it as we were leaving. The receptionist said he won't be giving a refund of the money we paid and that he's sorry. They weren't really supportive.
