::We hired two cars between 12 and 25 May 2018, a big Toyota Land Cruiser which was perfect for a group of 6 people and luggage, changing to a Lada Niva for my wife and I for the second week. The service from Eduard and the team at Europcar was brilliant, allowing us to pick up at midnight at the airport, change cars mid- moring in the city centre a week later, and finally return the Niva to the airport at 3.30am for our early morning flight home. Driving tips were kindly given, plus instructions for driving each vehicle. With a GPS option available (it even tells you when you are approaching a speed camera!), driving for the first time around Armenia was easy, and the standard of driving in the country was generally good.

::A few weeks ago I rented a car from the downtown in Yerevan, Armenia. After I returned home, they send me a damage invoice and claim me for some charges. When I pull out my car survillance record and watched a few times, I can't find any possible tree scratch. But they just ignore me and directly debit the claim amount from my credit card. It is rude and absolutely a scam !!! Also their cars is not in a good condition, I have to worry about the road safety, when I got the first car, after I drive around 200KM I receive an warning from the car sensor about the transmission oil temp was too high, I have to stop the car and reported to them. After that they changed second car to me, but I found the second car also have problem, when I stop on a ramp and pull up the handbrake, it can't fully lock the car... It was very serious problem... I can't realize why a large rental car company was very poor service and ignore the road safety like that... Strongly not recommend this company for any kind of car rental...
