  I have been a client of this bank for the second year. I run my sole proprietorship there and receive services as an individual. But it is impossible to resolve any issue in this branch near my home. There are not enough operators! The wait is over an hour. One client can be served for more than half an hour. The bank branch itself is small! Do something about this branch, it is useless. There are no complaints about the bank itself and especially the central office!
