::When receiving a parcel at HayPost office 1702, the customs program is “hanging” at that moment, according to the service employee, and they advise me to go and come back the next day. There was a case when I went and came back two days later and “at the time of my application, the customs program... hangs.” That employee also turned off the message sent to me when receiving the parcel, but I receive a message from the sender of the parcel. In fact, the employee made changes to the work program at her discretion. This indicates weak control over the work of post offices by the HayPost administration. If you have any doubts, please go to office 1702 and check the problems raised in my post.

::Great service, calm and profrssional employees, readily offering alternatives. I was observing them work with other customers too, so it is not from a single experience :) The employee of the service in this branch, with a blouse "Angel" was very professional and kind. Her service made me want to return again. Even if the computer programmes they use are not the best and often create problems for the employees and customers, but the soft skills of the employees cover it. I want to thank the employee, who served me and tell the management to take care of such professionals to stay, if not to multiply in their offices and branches.
