  We were very disappointed with our stay at this so-called four-star hotel. On the first night, the shower drain was completely blocked, and to make it worse, we found a cockroach in the bathroom the next morning. The breakfast was nothing like the pictures—cold eggs, spoiled fruit, and very little choice. We upgraded our room for the rest of our stay, only to find the sheets were wet when we arrived, and the internet (which they advertise as high-speed) did not work at all in the room. Even in the upgraded room, the shower did not drain properly, leaving us standing in water like a pool. The facilities overall are very limited and do not meet the standards of a four-star hotel. The only positive was the polite staff, but unfortunately, their kindness could not make up for the poor conditions. I also have photos of the breakfast, the shower, and the cockroach as proof.

  Our room does not have good wifi. I have to open the door and stand in the hallway. There are 2 fire detectors on the ceiling above the bed. Perhaps one is for carbon monoxide? They both blink their bright, red lights 24/7. It's like an all night rave. I have to wear a sleep mask. We phoned reception 2x to get the safe working. No response. I had to call down for toilet paper after our room had been cleaned. That was an oversight. The bed and linens are comfortable. I would like more than one towel per person. Maybe a couple of hand towels? Also, more than 2 clothes hangers. The shower design is dumb. The floor gets soaked no matter how careful you are. I like the hair dryer. The deadbolt on our door doesn't close. I'm glad that the tap water is cold and delicious to drink because we are provided with only 2 small bottles of water. We have a fridge and a kettle with teas and instant coffee. The number for service is 100. We are getting calls from patrons to our room because we are #110. This is not cool. Especially at 1:30 am. It's on a busy street. I wear earplugs to stifle the noise. However, I appreciate the convenient location.

  I stayed at Royal Plaza by Stellar Hotels from June 3rd to June 6th. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent—very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and I felt comfortable during my stay. The only downside was the breakfast, which I found a bit weak compared to the overall quality of the hotel. It could definitely be improved with more variety and better taste. Still, I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

  The Royal Plaza is located on Moscow street, on a perfect location to easily enjoy some of Yerevan’s finest spots for a night out. We came here for a weekend trip and enjoyed the spacious and calm room with a lovely view onto Sorawar church. The staff was very friendly and both check-in and check-out were smooth. There are two 24/7 supermarkets close by. The only downside was a strong noise from the AC system when the window was opened. Price/service ratio were excellent. Highly recommendable!

  The hotel is a decent and comfortable choice for a short stay, especially for travelers who spend most of their time exploring the city. The morning receptionist is genuinely kind and welcoming, providing clear information and assistance. However, the male staff tend to be more reserved and primarily assist when requested. While the hotel has an older design and could benefit from some upgrades, the rooms remain comfortable and well-maintained. There were some issues with the shower, causing water to splash outside, but extra towels were provided to manage this. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I appreciated the comfort the hotel offered.
