::On February 24, at around 2:00 PM, I submitted 10 letters to be sent to the Arshakunyats 16 branch of Haypost. I was served by an elderly woman, whose service I have questions about. First, after registering each of my letters, she printed a cash register receipt for 220 drams without weighing my letters in advance. Then, after registering and finishing my letters, she put a sample of my letter on the scale and weighed it, finding out that each of my letters weighed more than 20 grams. She charged 220 drams for each of my letters, but the tariff list on your website states that even in the case of a letter weighing more than 20 grams, the service cost is 170 drams. I am attaching a picture of the cash register receipt given to me by the Arshakunyats 16 branch. I am also presenting a picture of the tariffs posted on your website. Please provide me with clarifications regarding the price and the behavior of your employee. Should I have paid 220 AMD instead of 170 for my letter, which weighs more than 20 grams, and why does your employee first print the cash register receipt, then weigh it at the end and find out the weight of the letter? I am waiting for your response.
