  Hello. It says here that the post office is open until 19:00, when I called the hotline they said that they are open until 18:00, but just then (17:37) they didn’t serve me at the branch itself with the words that they are closed and that they generally close at 17:30. Maybe it’s worth clarifying the opening hours and not ruining people’s plans? I'm just shocked, you are a government organization, seriously this is not normal at all!!!!!!! Simply terrible!!!!!

  Hello. I have a big complaint. There is a phone number listed, but no matter what time I call, they are unavailable, even though they are during business hours. Bad attitude towards the customer, it is nothing short of contempt.
