::Շատ վատ մատնահարդարում: Absolutely Awful Experience – Avoid at All Costs! This was by far the worst manicure experience I’ve ever had. I booked for a wet cuticle cutting, yet the master decided to do a dry one despite me clearly mentioning my booking. It was painful, left me with several bloody cuticles, and when I reminded her that I had booked for wet cleaning, she just ignored it and kept going her own way. The cuticle cutting was done carelessly and not even properly cleaned. When I asked her to fix it, she arrogantly replied, “I don’t cut like that.” On top of that, she actually filed into my skin, and when I pointed out gel left on my skin, she said “it will bleed if I touch that part.” Excuse me?! That’s beyond unprofessional! The entire so-called “service” was rushed in 30-40 minutes—cuticle cutting AND gel polish. Clearly, she just wanted to get rid of the customer as fast as possible. This is NOT a service worth 10k. The results are visible in my attached photos—absolutely unacceptable. The master’s name is Iskenian Alice, and I would strongly advise anyone to stay away. And as if that wasn’t enough, when I asked for coffee, they brought me homemade jazzve coffee instead of proper coffee machine coffee. Really? At this price point? Unbelievable. Awful service, zero professionalism, and no respect for the client. Never again.

::Loved my experience at Helios. It was my first time going. I highly recommend Sirarpi Movsisyan, she was my cosmetologist. Very nice and calming and skilled at what she does. I will definitely come again

::I would like to leave this note of appreciation for Dr. Gurgen Beglaryan and his medical staff who assisted during the 5 hours procedure I underwent in Helios Medical Center. From the first meeting with Dr. Beglaryan for a consultation to the last minute I left the clinic and during every follow up appointment, I was surrounded by his constant care, attention and kindness. Dr. Beglaryan has superior bedside manners, gentle approach, and a friendly but professional demeanor. During all 5 hours of the medical procedure I underwent, Dr. Beglaryan maintained his leveled, calm, kind, and attentive approach, while skillfully performing his duties as a surgeon. There is still a long way to recovery, but I will not hesitate to turn to Dr. Beglaryan should there be a need for any other medical care. Thank you, Dr. Beglaryan.
