::То что цены на услуги здесь судя по всему завышены в 2-3 раза можно понять списав на местоположение "типо в центре" - элементарная эпиляция воском обошлась 24500 драм (для сравнения в рф я трачу не больше третей часть этой суммы) ... когда ты приходишь с конкретной своей целью и не спрашиваешь консульиации о состоянии своей кожи/попы/волос/ногтей - а тебе начинаю диагностировать катастрофические проблемы и навязчиво рекомендовать их решить прямо сейчас -я тоже могу понять: сейчас не сезон да и вообще кризис а тут девушка с севера приехала,,, но когда косметолог "специалист европейского уровня, регулярно посещающий курсы повышения квалификации и форумы врачей" начала мне рекомендовать немедленно сделать кислотный пилинг лица, видя что у меня обострения герпеса губе (а это категорическое противопоказания для любого рода косметических процедур!!) - я поняла НАДО БЕЖАТЬ!

::WARNING: I scheduled a normal facial and massage. I have regular facials at other spas and have never had a bad experience. After a facial at Lila, I had swollen, 2 cm bumps completely covering my face and neck in reaction to the products. The massage therapist seemed very concerned and said she did not feel comfortable giving me a massage because of the terrible reaction from the facial. The worst part of the experience was that the manager claimed I was told that I would have visible marks for 2 days and that I wouldn't be able to have a massage after. If this had been the case, I would not have scheduled the facial! So, be warned and expect at least 2 days of healing in addition to rude service if you go to Lila for a facial.

::Worst spa experience EVER! The jet massaging machine was a total ripe off. Not only did it rattle and shake for 8 minutes, it ended up scorching my skin with the only two jets that were working. I ended up jumping out of the faulty unmaintained piece of scrap they called "sTate of the art" machinery and called for the nurse. Refusing to further continue the service, they still refused to discount the service stating that "you used the machine." Apparently, they consider 8 minutes in an out dated and faulty machine "USE." They still charged full price and asked to give me a discount for my next visit. Next time? Are you kidding? You unjustly took my money for an unfulfilled service and burned me in the process. These people should be ashamed of them selves! Stay Clear!!!!!
