I visit every time I'm in Armenia. Expensive if you just want to eat or drink, but well worth it considering the music (if you like jazz) and general atmosphere. Highlight was a couple of years ago when Ilona Sagieva performed, but Malkhas is always great.
Overrated to say the least.. music was low quality, staff was not friendly (maybe if you spend a ton of money, which is easy here) charges 2000 to enter which is not informed. It seems like a place you go to show off if you have a lot of money. The cognac was great though.. ended up paying 12000 for a glass of wine, a cognac and entrance, music was so lousy that we left after 40min.. better places to go in Yerevan.. (first ever review on google, but this place just made me uncomfortable and I felt like sharing)

::The best jazz in Yerevan, friendly staff, always fast service

::If you have bad seats then it's just an average, too expansive cafe. Make sure to be seated with a view of the stage.

::Cozy jazz club in Yerevan center. Good food and drinks and even a cigar menu. The sound in the club is quite good even upstairs from the stage floor.
