  If you’re considering this clinic for an MRI, I strongly recommend avoiding it. The husband-and-wife team who run it are extremely unprofessional and show a complete lack of professionalism and compassion. Their behavior is unpredictable and, at times, aggressive, which makes the environment unsafe and unacceptable for patients. I will never return to this clinic as long as they continue working there.   I’m extremely disappointed with the MRI department at this clinic, particularly the husband-and-wife team running it. Their behavior was shockingly unprofessional, to the point that if this had happened outside of Armenia, such conduct could easily warrant disciplinary action or loss of license. They were openly rude and dismissive, even toward a 6 year-old child, which is completely unacceptable in any medical setting. Their bedside manner was non-existent, and they demonstrated a total lack of empathy or patience. Most disturbingly, the MRI procedure was conducted without even allowing time to remove metal jewelry from the child, a basic safety protocol that any trained technician should know and follow. After paying nearly $600, I left feeling disturbed and disgusted by the experience. This level of care is unacceptable, and I urge the clinic to reevaluate the conduct of its staff, especially those working with children.

  Lusine Tamazyan is on of the skilled doctors for eye surgery, but the ques in the center were purely managed, no machines or so, old paper style que management.

  Worst service ever …i really don’t get the attitude of the MRI doc Came to take a copy of Mri report and he claimed that i already came before which i didn’t I’m sorry even i come and ask you for a paper its your job to help Please teach you staff to keep their attitude for themselves …they are getting paid to do their job and them helping patients its part of their job its NOT FREE FAVOR 😊
