::I discovered this clinic online about 9 years ago and went to them for my second child—now I’m back again for my third. Dr. Kristine Melikyan is incredibly knowledgeable and always ensures everything is 100% before moving on to the next step. I’m forever grateful for my beautiful, healthy, and smart daughter—she’s now 8 years old. I even referred a friend who had spent thousands in Los Angeles, and thanks to this clinic, they also now have a daughter. While the appointment process isn’t quite like what you’d expect in the U.S.—you’ll need to be patient—the quality of care is absolutely exceptional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

::Our IVF journey at Vitromed Clinic in Armenia has been an emotional yet hopeful experience, and we’re incredibly thankful for the exceptional medical care we received. Traveling all the way from the UK, we were initially nervous about seeking treatment abroad, but from the very first consultation, Dr. Kristina R Melikyan put us at ease. Their attention, compassion, and professionalism helped ease our anxieties at every step—making us feel not like patients, but like people who mattered deeply. Dr. Victoria Nakhshkaryan took the time to explain every stage of the process in a way we could understand, always with empathy and patience. What stood out the most was the personal care—follow-ups, timely responses to our concerns, and a sense of presence even beyond the clinic walls. It made a difficult journey feel less lonely and much more human. While the medical care was outstanding, we believe there is room to improve the administrative support for international patients. As visitors from the UK, navigating the logistics—such as document processing, appointment coordination, and communication across time zones—was sometimes stressful. A more structured support system or dedicated coordinator for international clients could make the experience smoother and more welcoming. That said, even now, if I ever needed anything or had any concerns, I would not hesitate to contact Dr. Victoria Nakhshkaryan. The trust and connection built during this journey is something we’ll always carry with us. Overall, we are very grateful for our experience at Vitromed. The combination of advanced medical care and heartfelt compassion made a significant impact on us. With a few administrative enhancements, especially for international visitors, Vitromed has the potential to offer a world-class experience from start to finish.
