::Very disappointing experience. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I had to wait over two hours just to have my eyes checked—a procedure that could have easily been done in an optical shop. After that, I was told to wait again for another 1 hour for the follow-up checkup. What’s the point of booking an appointment if patients are left waiting for hours? It feels like they prefer having a crowd outside the rooms rather than respecting people’s time. This level of disorganization is unprofessional. Time is valuable—please learn to respect it.

::I had an appointment with a gynecologist due to pain in the area of my right ovary. I arrived on time but had to wait an hour and a half (!!!) to see the doctor. There were also many pregnant women with noticeable baby bumps waiting in line, despite having scheduled appointments. From what I understood, doctors here have only about 15 minutes per patient, which is clearly not enough. That’s probably why the schedule can’t be trusted. The doctor I saw was very kind and attentive — I would gladly visit her again. I truly feel sorry for the specialists who have to work under such conditions, and for the patients as well.

::I received a tonsillectomy here, it was a very streamlined and quick process to get cleared. The ENT specialist was top-notch, and the surgery went smooth. The staff was very attentive and polite with me. It's not the cheapest clinic, but I think they justify their prices.
