::At least three stories; probably more. Routine operations with customers go at the ground floor; the hall is not large, but decent. Bunches of CCTV cameras around every corner, but few 220V AC sockets (at the ground floor). Usually (but not always) not a busy Unibank office; I saw more crowded ones in Yerevan. P.S. one of only two bank offices in Armenia where staff scolded me because of my use of gadgets. I won’t recommend it.

::The most terrible customer service and acceptance system. I’ve been sitting for more than an hour, I received a coupon at 13:47, at the moment it’s 14:55, people who came later than me were accepted and served a long time ago, only because they accept them in alphabetical order of the coupons issued, and not in the order of those who arrived. I’ve never encountered anything like this in my life, at least take 10 coupons to get accepted faster
