::Worst customer service I have ever encountered with. We ordered glass doors for our wardrobe room.They made us wait 3 month lying about coming and putting them. They definitely insist you to pay the whole price at the beginning immediately and try to be as much rude as possible.Their main excuse is having a “LOT” of work for not completing our order.The overall service is terrible and they still haven’t come and put the glass doors insisting they will come next tuesday/wednesday the entire time and not showing up.

::I wanted a specific monitor, it is quite expensive. I asked a shop assistant if they have a new one in a closed box. He said, yes. I paid at the cashier and came back to pick up my monitor. The shop assistant immediately changed his mind and said that they had only those that are on display. I had to go back to the cashier for a refund and now my money is on hold. I have to wait for several days to get my money back. Poor customer service. Very disappointed.

::Very bad quality of goods. One of my products, which I bought a few months ago, has a manufacturing defect. Its heating up and turning itself off, not starting, unless I restart it manually. I've reached your service for a few times, asked them to NOT hard reset the product, because I already did twice and it didn't help. Came back a few days later and it was hard reseted, still didn't work. And the other time left it, as the engineer told me, to bring it back to manufacturer for tests, and when I took it back from service, it didn't have a prove, that it was sent to manufacturer and i found out they used my google account to search things and watch videos on youtube. I hard reseted it myself today, and not buying anything from here ever again.
