  Extremely poor service at the Nor Nork branch. We were sent to the head office to collect a statement, but once there, they told us they hadn’t received any request from the branch. As a result, we were told to wait up to 3 hours! This kind of miscommunication and lack of coordination between branches is unacceptable and wastes customers’ time.

  The call center employees are not friendly specially the guys, and at the locations some even don't greet you back and some are very sweet like the girl named Gohar

  No staff/ I had to stay there for 1 hours for 5 minutes of work.

  The service is extremely slow, the workers are not being nice at all. Have been waiting here for forever and there are still a lot of people in the line.I see the same two guys sitting in front of a desk for like 40 minutes. The workers are in lunch I guess when there are thons of people waiting.
