::Extremely poor service at the Nor Nork branch. We were sent to the head office to collect a statement, but once there, they told us they hadn’t received any request from the branch. As a result, we were told to wait up to 3 hours! This kind of miscommunication and lack of coordination between branches is unacceptable and wastes customers’ time.

::The call center employees are not friendly specially the guys, and at the locations some even don't greet you back and some are very sweet like the girl named Gohar

::The service is extremely slow, the workers are not being nice at all. Have been waiting here for forever and there are still a lot of people in the line.I see the same two guys sitting in front of a desk for like 40 minutes. The workers are in lunch I guess when there are thons of people waiting.
