If you’re a c-level executive at this bank reading this review please implement proper feedback forms and use that to train your staff and improve your service. Interacting with your bank makes me feel I am living in Stone Age.

::AmeriaBank is a good bank, but this branch itself is sometimes a disaster. A good portion of workers are not present, and when you book a consultation with an Early one you still have to wait for an uncertain amount of time. The workers are incapable to provide any information on your possible position in the queue. If you want to use AmeriaBank, make sure to go to a different branch and NOT the Rio Mall one.

::Unhelpful branch, some of the workers are moody.. They don't solve problems because of illogical reasons. Once I applied for international credit card and they rejected my application saying that it's the decision of head of the branch, but in the same day I could do it from another branch of the same bank!!

::I don't know what is the problem with them . I applied for master card ( international) and they refused , i asked them (why) , they told me it's head office decision !!!!! . * I'm student here and i have resident card .
