The customer has to sit and wait for the cashier for a long time until he takes his break, in the event that the break time is not indicated neither on the website nor in the service hall. There are 6 large windows, no matter what time of day you enter, 2 windows are always serving, and that too for hours. A visual deception is created that it serves 6 windows, but in reality it is not so. To get money, you have to wait for the only cashier. Revise your working style, Unibank.

::Poor customer service. Long wait time. Visited on 14 August. Had to withdraw cash from account. Picked a number, waited for 45 minutes. Everybody before and after us were served but our number was not called on the screen. Asked the manager why our number is not called. She explained that customers with savings account and legal persons are served first. Then I said we can't wait forever until every new customer will come and get served and you will never call us. She was rude and disrespectful. Service reminded me the poorest service one would get in a Soviet establishment. Will certainly not advise anybody to use this bank/branch.

I went to the first cash register to receive a transfer via the Unistream system, they told me there were no dollars to issue. She and the man who was standing with her at the cash register, say in translation the letter G, I never received my transfer in this bank, but today I received the same transfer in another bank. How do you think the last name Ղուլյան is written in Russian?
