::It is officially a "Bank", but the operation is that of a vegetable market. They only accept brand new, "crunchy" notes, and told me that the $100 I was exchanging was damaged: ripped, and they will have to hold 5% back. Unbelievable! I would understand if the note was seriously ripped or damaged. I would even understand if they refused all together. Can't accept it - don't, but don't try to rip people off by making money on them. These are not vegetables at the market, we're not talking about old and new, fresh or damaged. This is money. Ridiculous and quite outrageous .... The review comes from United States citizen and notes that were exchanged came directly from a bank in New York City.
