  Excellent service, especially from the girl at counter 14 (unfortunately, I didn't remember her name). Opened an account without any problems. So far all communication with the bank has been very pleasant

  Unfortunately racism is alive and well in Armenia and this bank is an arm of enacting it. I am Iranian-Canadian. I have bank accounts in Canada and Europe. But since I opened my account 4 years ago here, this bank has continuously harassed me due to "my place of birth". They told me ridiculous things such as "you can download the app but you cannot use it because you are Iranian". "You cannot use a tap function on your debit card, becauce you are Iranian." I have been interrogated about the reason why I live in Armenia, by a BANK more times than I can count. As a foreigner, or as anyone against racist policies, avoid this bank.

  No cash out but I was deducted from my account. They didn't help at all
