::Very good guest house. The hosts, Hovhannes and Svetlana, are very nice, hospitable people. Cozy, warm room, good pressure of hot water in the shower. There is parking in the yard. Excellent location in the center of Tsaghkadzor. I recommend!

::We flew from California to Armenia and decided to stay at Arsans Guest House and it was truly amazing! The showers were superb and the rooms felt like home. The beds were soft and comfortable and the WiFi was extremely fast. Even better was how attentive and hospitable the hosts were! The food they provided was amazing and they were very helpful with any questions we had. We also had private parking which was very nice. Next time we come to Armenia we will definitely stay here again and I recommend it to anyone.

::If you want to feel Armenian hospitality, then for this you need to go to visit Hovhannes and Svetlana. We were greeted very cordially, everything was shown and told. The room was very spacious, clean, furnished with thoughtfulness and care for the guests. The room had 2 adult beds, also a two-story children's room, a table, two chairs, a refrigerator, and a TV. I was very pleased that there were checkers and backgammon in the room :) We were there in mid-December: the room was warm, sometimes we even had to open the windows, and there was constant hot water. There are spare blankets and pillows. In the common corridor there is a table with tea accessories (cups, kettle, coffee, tea, etc.) you can drink tea at any time both in your room and at the common table. The location is very convenient: near the central square, close to the Kecharis monastery complex, the cable car is 1.5 km away (taxi one way is about 1000 drams). Opposite there is a small shop where you can buy all sorts of small things (water, cigarettes, etc.). We were given a small sightseeing tour of the city, telling us where and when we could go/visit. In the morning, Svetlana will feed you a truly Armenian breakfast, where almost all the products (bread, cottage cheese, cheese, jam) are homemade and incredibly tasty. In general, if you are thinking about a trip to Tsakhkadzor, choose not a hotel, but go for a visit!
