  One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Quiet, cozy, not in the thick of tourist events, but not far from them. I especially liked the recreated atmosphere of an old mansion: vintage furniture made of real wood, pastel colors, antique decorative items, ceramics, and a library. If you are in Yerevan, I recommend staying with them!

  Other than the friendly ladies who brought us breakfast int he morning, there were no positive points. This property is not 4 stars. "A villa in decay" was written in the guest book and I think that it was a good description of this sad property. You will not get even a kettle to make hot water and can only eat when the kitchen is open. (No such thing as room service here) The reception staff aren't the friendliest people and just seem annoyed that you bothered to disturb their peaceful life when there are no customers. The housekeeping staff like to hang around the common areas folding laundry and chatting. They also lock the only toilet on the ground floor and keep it exclusively for themselves. (Weird) Can't say I recommend this place. Bad vibes.

  The hotel not worth for 4* at all which lacks minimum basic facilities... Basement room allocated for 3 adult's which was not the same shown during the booking..., water seepage from walls everywhere... no complementary refreshments, no tea/coffee facilities, no kettle, no drinking water, no Television, no plug points near bed, mattress has only springs 😀, crimped shower enclosure 2' x 2' only with damaged shutters, taking shower is terrible, no hair dryer, colored concrete sofa (bench) has no purpose and no access to sit, no exhaust in toilet, stinky smell inside room all the time, I tried a lot and unable to understand the basis of 4* rating given to this hotel...

  In each room you will find the historical atmosphere and familiarize yourself with the cultural features. Here everything is old, very nice and cozy.

  A nice and original place in Yerevan to stay. Good service very good breakfast and from some room a view to the Ararat.
